WACCA IS BACK - PT II

Having fielded a ridiculously weakened team last night against Wolves, Liverpool let down our WACCA PT 1. I was travelling back from London and felt bad for my selections after seeing the team news. A lot of members messaged me and actually did the Wacca but with Wolves +1 instead.

HOWEVER - for those that didn’t I’ve had time to reflect and now am buzzing for WACCA PT II. You can achieve odds of up to 3/1 on this QUAD.

TUESDAY

 Tottenham +1 v Chelsea

It’s a London derby in the cup tonight as Spurs welcome Chelsea to Wembley. Spurs have won six of their last seven games in all competitions and we are expecting them to get the win or draw tonight against a Chelsea side who have lost to Spurs in their last two match ups. Spurs have made no secret of looking to end their trophy drought and we expect them to play a strong team, as they did in previous rounds against West Ham and rivals, Arsenal. We’re confident on this one, especially with Spurs +1 advantage.

Wednesday

Manchester City -2 v Burton Albion

Cup holders Manchester City welcome league one side Burton Albion to the Etihad on Wednesday in what will be an incredibly tough visit for the Brewers. City have won six of their last eight games in all competitions and have been banging in the goals this season, having scored 56 league goals in just 21 games. Burton will struggle against the current English champions, especially at the Etihad where the home fans will be behind City. We expect City to win this one by a fair few goals, even if they do play a slightly weakened team.

Thursday

 Levante v Barcelona

La Liga high flyers Barcelona travel to face Levante in the Copa Del Rey on Thursdayevening. Barca are coming into this one on hot form, having won their last three matches and only failing to pick up points in one of their last 15 games. Last time out, the Spanish giants demolished Levante, winning 5-0, again away from home. Levante haven’t won in their last four outings, and aren’t expected to reign victorious against an on form Barcelona side. Levante don’t have a great home form either, having failed to win in six of their 10 home games this season, whereas Barca have great away from and are unbeaten in their last 10 games on the road.

Friday

Lyon vs Reims

Third placed Lyon welcome Reims on Friday night in a Ligue One encounter. Lyon come into this one unbeaten in their last five games in all competitions, and we expect them to continue their fine form against a Reims side who have failed to win in 13 of their 19 league matches so far this season. Lyon are just twopoints off second placed Lille, so will be right up for this one as they look to climb the table and close the gap on runaway league leaders Paris St Germain. Lyon have the quality to dominate matches and are expected to win comfortably against a Reims side who struggle in front of goal, having scored just 15 league goals this season.
