Bayern Munich (-1) v FC Nurnberg

Bayern take on lowly FC Nurnberg in the Bundesliga this evening, as they look to continue their good form, coming off the back of two consecutive victories. Bayern have already qualified for the Champions League knockout stages after winning their group, so they aren’t likely to rest players for their next Champions League group match, like teams who are yet to qualify may do. We expect Bayern to win this one by a few goals, especially at home against a Nurnberg side who have the worst away record in the league, picking up just two of their 11 league points on the road.  Nurnberg also have the second weakest defence in the league, conceding 30 goals in just 13 games.

 Norwich City v Bolton Wanderers

Table toppers Norwich welcome Bolton to Carrow Road this afternoon. Norwich are eight games unbeaten in the Championship whereas Bolton have failed to win in their last 10 games. The Trotters sit second bottom of the league and their leaky defence looks to be the main problem, which is good news for Norwich as they look to convert their attacks into goals. Bolton have lost seven from their last 10 games, collecting just three points along the way. We expect Norwich to keep up their good form and get the win against a struggling Bolton side.

Manchester United v Fulham

Jose Mourinho’s Man United welcome bottom side Fulham to Old Trafford this afternoon. United are unbeaten in their last four games in all competitions and are expected to get the win today against a Fulham side who have picked up just one point away from home all season, losing their last six games on the road. United’s form against Fulham is dominant, winning 21 of their last 23 games in all competitions against The Cottagers.

Chelsea v Manchester City – Both teams to score (yes)

Chelsea take on champions Manchester City at Stamford Bridge in today’s evening kick off. Chelsea have scored in seven of their eight home games in the league this season, whereas Man City have scored in six of their seven away games, and have only failed to score in one game this season in all competitions. Expect both teams to score here in a lively encounter between two of the top four teams in the league.
